Obituary

Margery G. Grimm (nee Walsack) of Union, NJ passed away at home on January 4, 2013 at the age of 91.

Visiting will be held in Paul Ippolito Summit Memorial, 7 Summit Ave., Summit on Tuesday, Jan. 8th from 4-8 PM. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 9th beginning at 9:45 AM in the Funeral Home followed by the Funeral Mass in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Summit at 10:45 AM. Mrs. Grimm was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Irvington before settling in Union for the past 59 years.

She and her husband James were part of the founding parishioners of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Irvington where she also served as a member of the Rosary Society. She was also active in the Union County Democrat Club for many years.

Margery is the beloved wife of the late James G. Grimm and the loving mother of Margery A. Grimm-DeFranco and her husband Philip of Summit.
